Emmy award winning television producer Bill Berlin is the senior producer and writer for Caucus New Jersey, a PBS public affairs series, and a host of Carpe Diem, a television show produced by Montclair State University, where Dr. Berlin has been a Professor of Political Science for the last 36 years. His writing has appeared in many publications, including the New York Times, and he has co-authored and edited numerous texts. Bill Berlin is also the author of: ON THE EDGE OF POLITICS: The Roots of Jewish Political Thought in America.
Susan Isakoff Berlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and educator. Ms. Berlin has taught at synagogue preschool programs, Jewish Community Centers, public schools and Rutgers University, as a Visiting Part-time Lecturer. Ms. Berlin has maintained a private psychoanalytic psychcotherapy practice in Highland Park, New Jersey for over 31 years, and has written numerous articles on parenting, stepparenting, divorce, aging and bereavement and loss, that have appeared in local newspapers, and The New York Times. Susan and Bill Berlin have made several television appearances on both Caucus New Jersey: Families in Focus, and, One on One. The Berlins reside in Central New Jersey
Peter J. Welling is the recipient of the Publisher’s Choice Award for Exemplary Non-Fiction, and his illustrations have been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Welling is the author and illustrator of Pelican’ Darlene Halloween and the Great Chicago Fire; Andrew McGroundhog and His Shady Shadow; Shawn Hisser, the Last Snake in Ireland; Michael Le Souff© and the April Fool; Justin Potemkin and the 500-Mile Race; and Joe Van der Katt and the Great Picket Fence. Welling lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.
